Thanks to its flexible yet sturdy gel body and integrated cover, it causes no discomfort when applied directly to the skin. Combined with its finger-specific design, this makes it more comfortable than any other solution. ChilL also allows you to apply either cold or heat, depending on your needs.
To cool it, place it in a resealable bag for 2 hours at a temperature of at least -24 °C.
To heat it, place it in the microwave for 10 seconds at full power. If you need it warmer, continue heating in 5-second intervals.
