The finger tapes and skin balm that changed my climbing – my experience with SENS TAPE and MOJO from Crux

SENS TAPE

 TAPE-sara

I have very sensitive skin on my fingertips, which means it wears out quickly — so I often have to climb with finger tapes, even during training. Most climbers hate having tape on their fingers, and for a long time, I was one of them. With regular tape, I simply couldn’t hold onto holds on indoor walls. The friction was terrible, and climbing anything difficult on slopers became nearly impossible.

But since I started using SENS TAPE by Crux, all of that changed. This finger tape not only lasts much longer than standard tape, but what matters most to me — it doesn’t limit my climbing. I can still feel what I’m grabbing, and that makes a huge difference.

If you’ve ever had the feeling of worn-out, soggy skin where nothing sticks anymore — SENS TAPE completely changes the game. Friction-based holds grip better with the tape than without, and suddenly those holds you used to slip off feel solid. This tape has saved me time and time again — during sport climbing competitions, bouldering events, and also in training. Thanks to it, I can keep climbing with worn fingertips without it being total torture.

So if you’re looking for finger tapes that won’t hold you back and really stick — you’re in the right place.

SENS TAPE comes in different widths to suit your needs:

  • 0.6 cm – ideal for taping fingertip pads

  • 1.2 cm – perfect for taping between finger joints

  • And if you're looking for wider tape for wrist taping, we've got you covered there too.

Discover the kind of tape you can actually feel the difference with — and finally tape up without compromise.

MOJO Finger Balm

CRUX_80 mojo 200

Finger care is a key part of recovery for climbers. With MOJO balm, you won’t have to worry about complications — it’s easy to apply and can be used anywhere, anytime. It also absorbs quickly, so you don’t have to sit around for an hour waiting for it to soak in :)

It helps not only with the recovery of worn-out skin, but also with minor injuries like splits. Its 100% natural and pure ingredients are another big plus — and as a bonus, it smells great too. Thanks to its handy small packaging, it fits into any climbing bag or pocket, so you can always have it with you on the go.
